These documents will provide you with the basic
documentation required by law (a contract
must be issued within 2 months of an employee
starting) plus information on specific policies
e.g. annual leave, use of company vehicle, use
of mobile phones etc.
You will have access to the 24hr HR helpline for a period of 12months which can be used to ask any questions you may have about employment issues to ensure you remain within any legal constraints or to discuss how to deal with a certain problem.
